Located on a quiet tree lined road in Bournemouth, minutes from a Blue Flag sandy beach, Harewood Haven is a detached 1930’s spacious house, sensitively refurbished to a high end luxury standard. Occupying a corner plot, the house is on 3 floors. A gated driveway offers off road parking for up to 8 cars.

This large luxury family house is available for let to family groups of up to 28 people, offering 7 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are separate shower rooms. The house has a ground floor shower room, toilet facilities and 8th double bedroom to provide ease of access for disabled and elderly family members. Additional beds can be added to each bedroom taking the capacity to 28.

7 minute drive to Southbourne, a Blue flag sandy beach. Huge range of water sports available. Athletic training ground and Swanmore lawn tennis courts also nearby, as well as a huge lawned park with children's play area.

Excellent cafés and restaurants on Southbourne high street, and nightlife in Bournemouth town centre.

New Forest National Park: 18 min drive. Breath-taking walks in this beautifully preserved national park, teeming with ponies and a huge fauna of other UK wildlife.

Just 7 minutes away is a Spa facility with Jacuzzis, steam rooms and saunas, a 25 metre swimming pool with 17 metre children's pool with waterslides (Littledown sports centre). Gym with excellent range of machines and weights, 6-a-side outdoor 3G rubber crumb artificial pitches and indoor squash and badminton courts. 3 min drive to Swanmore Bowls club.

Fri-Sun (2 night weekend): £1500 to £2800; Sun-Fri (midweek 5 day special): £800 to £2375; Sun-Tues (Sunday break): £400 to £1500. We try to be as flexible as possible on dates - please contact us for a price to match your requirements.
