A happy house, run by a happy couple, for happy groups. The Grand Entrance Hallway is perfect to treat arriving guests to a champagne reception. Built in soundproofing throughout enhances guest privacy during celebratory moments. Much of house and garden is shielded from view by tall fences, trees and mature shrubs, separating 3 grassy lawns.

Optional beauty treatment room contains hairdresser chairs, large mirrors and massage table, with a large period bay window.

Close to everything. 5-minute drive to sandy Blue Flag beach with free parking. 10-minute drive to the Bournemouth town centre. 8-minute drive to a recently refurbished SPA (steam rooms, saunas & Jacuzzi).

1 minute walk away is a large grassy green with 100’s of square meters of open space. Nearby sandy beach offers hire of wet suits, surf boards, kayaks & Jet Skis. Nearby tennis courts & vast golf course. 15 minute drive to the beautiful New Forest.
