## About The Property

Havana Beach House is a large holiday house near Bournemouth, a perfect seaside stay. Available with exclusive use. No self catering available - breakfast can be arranged.

8 bedrooms (4 en suite) with 8 bathrooms. The house is situated on the West Cliff with stunning sea views, a large double cinema/lounge room with projector screen. The garden has a hot tub (extra charge) with large decking area and BBQ. 

The bedrooms sleep up to 4. Beds are a mix of superking and singles meaning they can be pushed together by guests where needed to be make a superking or double.

The house is 2 minutes walking distance from Bournemouth Pier and town centre.

Parking for 4-5 cars at the front of the property. Check in time 4pm and check out 10am.

We do not accept all male bookings.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** Free Internet WiFi is included.
- **Accessibility:** No facilities.
- **Dog Friendly:** Well behaved pets are allowed on the ground floor only. They must be well house-trained trained! Please notify us on booking.
- **Kitchen:** There are no self catering facilities.
- **Dining Room:** Large dining room with seating for 28. It enjoys views over the garden and leads to the outside BBQ decking area to give alfresco extra seating.
- **Sitting Room:** Double cinema lounge room. A cinema projector screen with selection of movies.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Cinema system with projector and large screen all linked to sound system.
- **Games Room:** Function / games room including table tennis table.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** There is air-con on the ground floor and central heating throughout the property. There is a small flame fire for effect in the cinema room.
- **Bedrooms:** 8 large bedrooms, 4 with en suite bathrooms plus 4 separate toilets with shower and sink. 6 extra single beds can be set up in games room if required.
- **Linen:** All linen is washed and pressed professionally including bath towels we leave one per guest. A hand towel and bath matt in each bathroom.
- **Bathrooms:** There are 7 bathrooms inside the property. One outdoor shower and one external toilet/shower.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cinema room with movie collection. The property has a function/games room inc Nintendo Wii and table tennis table. Toys are also provided.
- **Outdoor:** Barbecue, large decking, garden and patio. Hot tub, bikes, surfboards and wetsuits are available for hire or lessons at an additional cost.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool.
- **Parking:** Havana boasts private parking at the front of the property for up to 4 cars.
- **Smoking:** Havana Beach House is a non-smoking property but there are designated smoking areas.

## Booking Information

- Damages security deposit starts from £500. Check in Friday for weekends. Welcome pack has a run down of the House Rules including a strict No Noise policy after 11pm. Booking terms will be sent with the invoice. No all male party bookings. Hot tub hire £200 weekend or £230 week.
