This stone holiday cottage near the Peak District National Park and only 10 minutes drive from Chatsworth, Bakewell and Matlock offers comfortable luxury self catering accommodation for up to 10 people. Perfect for multi generational family groups, friends away for a weekend together, and for girls and hen weekends too.

With plenty of character, the open plan living space provides a sitting area, dining area and kitchen. The 5 bedrooms are a mix of king and twin rooms, 3 with en suites, and 4 of them at ground floor level. One ground floor bedroom has a wet room making it ideal for anyone less mobile in your group.

Outside there is a games room with a pool table and darts, a sheltered hot tub, garden furniture to seat 10 people and a barbecue patio area. There's also private parking for 4 – 5 cars.

In a village setting, The Haven is conveniently located for many local walks from the door and also close to the village pub. Near to the Peak District, there is a wealth of walking and cycling opportunities, and plenty of charming towns and villages to explore, as well as country houses and gardens. The location also makes this a great venue for bringing together friends from different parts of the country, with good road links nearby.

The Haven looks forward to welcoming your group for a holiday, long weekend or midweek break, hen weekend, activity break - or just for catch up with friends and family.

- **Children's Facilities:** There is a games room with pool table and darts board.
- **Outdoor:** Outside there is a games room with pool table and darts, garden furniture to seat 10 people, sheltered hot tub, and BBQ patio area.
- **Parking:** There is private parking available for up to 4 vehicles. There is also on-road parking available.
