Perched above the beach, this holiday house in Argyll is designed around the spectacular views - south to Jura and north to Mull over the Slate isles. Situated by the marina and on the seaward edge of the village of Craobh Haven, the area has a balanced mix of communities and activities.
There's plentiful off-road parking with access to the main living level up a few steps. A utility space houses coats and boots and a washer/dryer, alongside a cloakroom.
The open-plan living area is furnished in a contemporary but homely style with a wood burning stove, plentiful seating and a high quality bluetooth sound system. The well-equipped kitchen features handsome grey cupboards, a large fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers and a range cooker. The bespoke dining table is large enough for 16 or by arrangement can extend to 20.
All bedrooms are designed to a high standard and have great views and a bath with shower - all apart from the twin and Hinba have a study space.
At lower ground floor there is a large games room with a 9’ snooker/billiards table that can convert to table tennis, a large screen, high quality sound system and exercise equipment.

Head south to the bustling town of Lochgilphead for a range of shops and eateries. Plenty of historic sites and walking trails lie scattered around the region; embark on the stunning Dalriada Heritage Trail from Carnasserie Castle, through Kilmartin Glen and the Moine Mhor National Nature Reserve, to see incredible landmarks.
Stop off at quaint Kilmartin for lunch and visit the Standing Stones, or journey along the coast to Crinan with its famous canal and nature reserves. At Barrandaimh: Argyll Beaver & Wildlife Visitor Centre follow the Beaver Trail, or pack a picnic and enjoy Dunardry Forest Walks.
Or take a trip north to Oban, the heart of the Argyll coast, shopping and access to Mull and the Islands.
