Large holiday house over 3 separate floors which can be taken as a whole for a large group of up to 22 (with sofa beds for a further 6), with the option of adding the Annex (Lud's Snug) for 5 adults + 1 extra. Or if your group is smaller, take one or two floors of the house:

Hearthside is perfect for large multi generational family groups getting together for a holiday or to celebrate a special occasion together. Business groups and retreats are also welcome.
Please note that the house is in a residential area and we therefore ask that you respect our neighbours, keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Just a short walk from Buxton and all its amenities, Hearthside Park Road is in a prime location for guests to immerse themselves in this fantastic Peak District town. Living accommodation is stylish and very comfortable with 3 fully equipped kitchens and dining areas - plenty of space for a large group to spread out. Calming Crescent (in the main house) has a long table with space for up to 24 to sit down together to eat, ideal for a family celebration or a corporate dinner entertaining clients. Lounges offer comfy sofas strewn with cushions and cosy blankets, or can double up as breakout spaces for business gatherings.
Hob Hurst on the ground floor has the benefit of an 8 seater hot tub, perfect for a dip after a day out on the hills. There's a firepit to gather round in the garden, or fire up the barbecue if the weather is fine.
Bedrooms mostly have king-sized beds, all individually designed with pretty soft furnishings. Calming Crescent has 2 freestanding bath tubs, and bathroom facilities across the whole house are plentiful.
The Peak District is rich in outdoor activities with the Monsal Trail and Mam Tor easy to reach for hikers and cyclists. For watersports enthusiasts head to Tittesworth Water Sports and Activity Centre for kayaking or paddle boarding, for fun as a family or for teambuilding and bonding for work colleagues on a midweek escape from the office.
