Exclusive use available, or possible partial rental, with a shared swimming pool  and terraces. Perfect for groups of families and friends (no hen parties or young and school trips). For smaller groups of max 10 persons, please enquire for alternative offer.  Each house, on 2 levels, sleeps a maximum of 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. All afford privacy to guests, and have private balconies. Each studio is for maximum 3 persons in one large room with all facilities including full bathroom, kitchen corner and private balconies.

The prices given below are for groups of max 14 persons.

The large swimming pool (70 sqm) is shared by all guests, along with parasols and sun chairs. A shared reception area is open all the time, with TV and computer facilities, as well as a selection of table games to borrow.

A well known traditional taverna is located just next door, and can cater for all large group occasions (make decisions on the spot for menu).

At your arrival, basic breakfast items (milk, fruits, fresh bread, jam, honey, butter, cereal), and useful items such as toilet paper and cleaning materials are provided for free. A cleaning service every 4 days is included, as is a change of linen, towels and toiletries.

There is air conditioning available (no charge) and WiFi internet. TV, PC and printer available in Reception room.

The village of Douliana is small and traditional, awarded the title of the national conservation area “NATURA”, keeping agriculture as main activity. The houses have been renovated for holiday lets and staying here offers a glimpse of traditional life according to the seasons. In the village there are 2 tavernas offering traditional Cretan cuisine.

25 km to the west of Chania city and its airport. Driving through the village and then woodland leads you to the sea, with the nearest beaches at Kera (2.5 km away) or Almyrida or Kalives (3 km). At Kalives there are also supermarkets, restaurants, bars and various sporting and leisure activities.
