Hidden River House (Sleeps 16): Split into two wings, each with a kitchen, living room and 4 bedrooms across two floors. Each wing has its own private hot tub with views across the countryside.

The Coach House (Sleeps 11): It features 5 elegant super-king en-suite bedrooms (one with an extra single bed), an outdoor hot tub and two wood burners. It also boasts a dedicated "glam room" with an LED-lit vanity.

The Arch Cottage (Sleeps 8): It includes 2 super-king rooms (one on the ground floor for step-free accessibility) and 1 spacious family room containing a super-king and two single beds.

Blacksmith’s & Farriers Cottage (Each Sleeps 4): A meticulously renovated property with 2 king-size/super-king bedrooms, one en-suite, and one separate full bathroom. 

Bramble Cottage (Sleeps 6): Featuring 2 beautifully styled bedrooms, with each room offering a flexible combination of a super-king and an additional single bed. As well as an outdoor hot tub.

Owl Cottage (Sleeps 5): Same features as Bramble Cottage but with just one family room and one super king room.

Lavender House (Sleeps 14): Situated by itself just beyond the courtyard in a newly built red brick house with it's own private gardens and hot tub, two log burners and 6 bedrooms (1 ground floor).

Hotel Rooms x6 (Sleeps 2 in each room): Brand new for Summer 2026, each super-king, en-suite room comes equipped with its own mini fridge.

This venue is perfect for large groups of friends, multi generational family groups, pre-wedding celebrations and getting together to celebrate a special occasion.

Hidden River Barn is an award winning events space available to guests by separate hire, for parties and wedding celebrations. The venue can accommodate up to 160 day guests and 250 evening guests, offering a beautiful space for an event in a stunning riverside setting. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Each property comes with fresh bed linen, towels and bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee, washing up supplies and supplies for the fire. All properties (excluding the hotel rooms) are self catering. Guests can also fish for salmon and trout on the river which runs close by.

- **Hot Tub:** Hidden River House and some of the cottages have a private hot tub.

- **Dining Room:** Interconnecting door to each kitchen diner in the House which can be opened, to seat 20. Events barn can seat a large group.
- **Sitting Room:** Each has a sitting room many with a wood burner.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** High spec television in each sitting room with a DVD player and a Bose wireless speaker in the House.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Several have wood burners. Central heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** Mix of doubles, twins and super kings. Some en suite.
- **Linen:** Fresh linen provided along with towels and bathrobes.
- **Children's Facilities:** Travel cots are available to hire.
- **Outdoor:** Hot tub outside for the House and some cottages.
- **Parking:** Ample parking is available.
- **Smoking:** This is non smoking property.
