Luxury glamping site sleeping up to 26 with fully equipped kitchens in a magical setting in the Wye Valley
Holiday Rental for Groups of Families and Friends. Hidden Valley Yurts, Llanishen, Chepstow, Monmouthshire, sleeps 4 - 26 in 5 bedrooms.
Sleeps from 5 to 26 in 5 yurts:
3 x 6 person yurts
2 x 4 person yurts
The yurt field has 3 fully equipped kitchens and 5 bathrooms, plenty of space for running around, boules pitch, goal, Safari style dining tent, wood burning pizza oven and barbecues - and 80 acres of woodland walks and stunning wildflower meadows (grazed by our herd of Highland cattle).
The yurts are located in a large south facing wildflower meadow bordered by a babbling brook. Easily accessible from the M4 - just 8 miles away (but a million miles in terms of peace and quiet!) - our valley is located midway between Chepstow and Monmouth in the stunning Wye Valley AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty).
Our facilities are rustic in style but with all the luxury you would expect from a Glamping site - fully equipped kitchens with everything from an espresso maker to dishwashers - and everything in between: crockery, cooking equipment. Each yurt has its own fridge and food storage cupboard in the communal kitchen and the No 1 yurt has its own separate fully equipped kitchen, compost loo and shower.
There are recently converted bathrooms, 4 in total (one each for yurts 2, 3, 4 & 5). Each has been finished to a high boutique style standard with bath, rain shower, hand basin and flushing loo.
The yurts are fully furnished; Yurts 1, 2 & 3 have a superking size bed and Yurts 4 & 5 being slightly smaller yurts each have a kingsize. The remaining single beds in each of the yurts are single futons which can be used as chairs or beds. Each yurt has a wood burning stove (with a surrounding fire guard) and everything you need to light your fire, a mix of ethnic furniture, wall hangings and lots of cosy throws. The large crown lets in masses of light and a rain cap can be removed (on request) for star gazing on fine evenings. The wooden floors are covered with coir matting with decorative rugs on top.
We take your safety seriously so each yurt is fitted with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide alarm and a fire extinguisher. All the yurts are waterproof and thickly lined with felt for cosy warmth on cooler days and to keep the heat out when it's hot.
