With 6 thoughtfully furnished bedrooms and spacious living areas across 4 floors, it's the ideal setting for extended family holidays or relaxing group getaways.

On arrival, you'll find private parking for up to 4 cars and a handy porch perfect for storing beach gear and walking boots. Inside, the hallway includes a convenient WC and a quiet workspace. At the heart of the home is a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The well-equipped kitchen features twin Neff ovens, an induction hob, and plenty of space for preparing shared meals. Enjoy sea views from the large dining table or sink into comfortable sofas. Patio doors open to a generous balcony with elegant seating and sweeping sea views.

A second lounge, with dual-aspect windows and balcony access, offers a peaceful retreat. Upstairs, the top floor has a master suite with Juliet balcony and en suite, alongside another inviting double room. The ground floor has a twin room and two king-size bedrooms, one with en suite, plus a luxurious family bathroom with walk-in shower and freestanding bath.

The lower ground floor is ideal for guests seeking privacy, with its own king-size bedroom, shower room, lounge, and second kitchen/diner. From here, step into the conservatory and out onto a sunny terrace with gas BBQ and dining furniture - perfect for alfresco evenings.

The gardens are a delight, with mature planting, furnished patios, and a slate terrace for relaxing to the sound of the sea. A short stroll downhill leads to Plaidy Beach, with sandy Millendreath Beach also within reach. Looe is just a 5-minute drive or scenic coastal walk away.

## Booking Information

- Friday changeover 4pm check in, 10am check out. Short breaks available out of season.
- 
- One well-behaved pet is welcome for an additional charge of £25 but must not be left alone in the property.
- 
- Reservations made within 6 months of the start of the holiday will require a 50% deposit and the balance paid 6 weeks before the holiday starts. Bookings made more than 6 months in advance of the start date will require a 25% deposit, 25% 6 months before the holiday start date and the balance 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
