The interior of the property is classic Victorian in style benefiting from beautiful sash windows, ornate plaster mouldings and coving, wide and sweeping stair cases, tiled floors and stained glass windows. The house has 6 bedrooms (4 king, 2 twin), nearly all benefiting from stunning sea views. The house is pet free. Outside, the property has beautifully landscaped and tiered gardens with a lawn area, seating and stone barbecue. There's also ample off road private parking to the front and rear, with electric vehicle charging available. Our location is perfectly situated to enjoy Barmouth's beautiful beach and town which is only a short 5 minute walk away. High View House makes a perfect base for exploring the local area, be that walking, hiking, cycling or sight seeing, having acclaimed mountain bike trails of Coed y Brenin near by and the splendid Harlech Castle and visitor attractions of Portmeirion just a short drive up the stunning coastal road. ## Facilities - **WiFi:** WiFi is included.
