High View House is a substantial Victorian property, sleeping a maximum of 12 guests, nestled just outside the coastal town of Barmouth and National Park area of Snowdonia. The house benefits from spectacular sea and mountain views. High View House offers the ideal location and accommodation for holidays or celebrations with family or friends.

The interior of the property is classic Victorian in style benefiting from beautiful sash windows, ornate plaster mouldings and coving, wide and sweeping stair cases, tiled floors and stained glass windows. The house has 6 bedrooms (4 king, 2 twin), nearly all benefiting from stunning sea views. The house is pet free.

Outside, the property has beautifully landscaped and tiered gardens with a lawn area, seating and stone barbecue. There's also ample off road private parking to the front and rear, with electric vehicle charging available.

Our location is perfectly situated to enjoy Barmouth's beautiful beach and town which is only a short 5 minute walk away. High View House makes a perfect base for exploring the local area, be that walking, hiking, cycling or sight seeing, having acclaimed mountain bike trails of Coed y Brenin near by and the splendid Harlech Castle and visitor attractions of Portmeirion just a short drive up the stunning coastal road.

Main lounge has seating for 10 people on 2 sofas, also a log burner, 49" smart TV. The Drawing Room has seating for a further 5 people and a 43" TV.

Games Room

A games room with table football is provided.

Heating and Open Fires

The property is heated by two boilers, both controlled by hive heating. The main lounge has a log burner.

A non refundable deposit of 30% of the booking total is required.
Full booking balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.
£250 is required as a refundable damage deposit.
3, 4 & 7 night breaks available from Mondays or Fridays.
