The 4 cottages are set around a lovely courtyard giving options for 10, 13, 16 and 17 en suite bedrooms. There is a heated pool in season and a games room all year round.

The Winery sleeps 20 in 10 en suites.

-2 with both baths & showers

-6 can be super-king doubles or 3' twins

The spacious dining room can dine up to guests 34 comfortably. There is a large, open plan sitting room with a TV, soundbar and seating for upto 34 guests with your own private Bar at one end. Upstairs there is a further sitting room for 16 with a further TV. Outside there are two terraces - the upper terrace has sofa style seating for up to 34. Lower terrace outside dining for up to 34. 

Thatched sleeps 6 in 3 en suites. One 5' four poster double, 2 can be super-king doubles or 3' twins.

Flint sleeps 6 in 3 en suites. All bedrooms can be super-king doubles or 3' twins.

Hank's Annexe sleeps 2 en suite, with a super-king sized bed.

Linen and bath towels are provided and beds made up prior to arrival.

Large fridges, freezers, range cookers with electric ovens and gas hobs and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and large pans.

Underfloor heating throughout make the slate floors wonderfully warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Logs provided from our own 52 acres for the wood burning stoves.

The private enclosed gardens have wonderful rural views of our own 52 acres, ample garden furniture and Weber gas BBQs (gas provided). 

In an unspoilt valley at the heart of East Devon's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Just 4 miles from the Jurassic coast at Beer, 20 minutes from Lyme Regis and fossilising at Charmouth. Honiton and Sidmouth are 5 miles away and Exeter, with historic centre, shopping and quay is 40 minutes drive.

- **Dog Friendly:** Dogs very welcome, pet hamper provided.
- **Accessibility:** Please contact us to discuss your needs. Flint has been designated as M1 Accessible, meaning it's suitable for less mobile guests of all ages.
- **WiFi:** Meshed WiFi available free of charge.
- **Kitchen:** Extremely well equipped: large range cookers, gas hobs, electric ovens, large fridge freezers, microwaves and dishwashers. Large Dualit toasters.
- **Dining Room:** Stylish dining rooms with light oak tables and chairs. The Winery has a table that can seat up to 34 and can be configured in a number of ways.
- **Sitting Room:** Comfortable sitting rooms with squashy sofas and good lighting, large TV, DVD player, iPod dock and plenty of books and board games.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Flat screen colour TVs with sound bars or DVDs and Freeview channels.
- **Games Room:** Full size table tennis and table football.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Underfloor heating throughout, wood burning stoves, eco kindling, eco firelighters, our own logs and long British matches included.
- **Bedrooms:** All bedrooms en suite. All beds can be super-king doubles or 3' twins except where stated as fixed super-king doubles. Thatched has one x 5' 4-Poster.
- **Linen:** Crisp, white bed linen and white bath towels provided. All beds made up ready for arrival. Swimming towels not provided.
- **Bathrooms:** All bedrooms en suite. 2 bathrooms in The Old Winery also have baths. Flint has one with both shower and bath. Thatched has one with roll top bath.
- **Children's Facilities:** We have a swimming pool in season, a games room with table tennis and table football, high chairs, cots and stair-gates. Away from roads and traffic.
- **Outdoor:** Modern garden furniture and Weber gas BBQs (gas provided). 52 acres of wonderful pasture land with sheep plus woodland, streams and orchards.
