Hill House is available to hire on an exclusive use basis only.

Inside the Manor there are beds for 21 people (with 4 more we can put up), a choice of two lounges, a glamorous dining room (that seats 26), a bar and the relaxed dine in kitchen. We have a retro games room complete with Sega Rally 2 and lots of original arcade games all set to free-play.

There's integrated audio/video throughout and lots of surprises-including a library bar and a drop down 10-foot cinema screen. 

Outside, our 3 acres comes with a coloured tennis court with basketball hoops at either end and an outdoor table tennis table. There's a football goal, croquet and all of the rackets, bats and balls that you will need, and next to our sun lounging deck is a large hot tub. 

For al fresco cooking and dining we have a creative swing-grill BBQ, a wood-fired pizza oven and tables and seating for everyone.

Enjoy Hill House as a destination in its own right or take a look at some of the amazing places to visit nearby. 

For organised activities we have beauty treatments, yoga, kids duck hunt game, graffiti sessions, "Murder at Hill House' - murder mystery experience and lessons in tennis and archery. We have a number of catering options for you to use - from local fish and chips cooked at the front door to our Norfolk Feast dining experience.

- **Location:** Norwich is the most complete medieval city in Britain and is only a 15 minute drive from the house. If you’re interested in shopping, arts and music or nightlife there’s plenty on offer.
- **Shop:** The nearby village of Hempnall (5 minute drive) has a local store, bakery and butcher. There is also a large Tesco superstore which is a 10 minute drive away or you can arrange a supermarket delivery and our team will put it away for you before you arrive.
- **Food and Drink:** The award-winning Wildebeest in Stoke Holy Cross is a 10 minute drive away. Otherwise there are plenty of excellent restaurants in Norwich which we would recommend.
- **Airport:** Norwich Airport is a 25 minute drive and Stansted a 90 minute drive.
