Hill House Norfolk is available to hire on an exclusive-use basis, making it perfect for celebrations, family gatherings, reunions and special weekends away.

Inside the manor there is space for up to 25 guests, with two comfortable lounges, a glamorous dining room seating up to 25, five luxury bathrooms, a stylish bar and a relaxed kitchen dining area. The retro games room features Sega Rally and a range of original arcade games, all set to free-play. 

There is integrated audio and video throughout the house, as well as plenty of unexpected touches, including a library bar and a drop-down 10-foot cinema screen. 

Outside, Hill House Norfolk sits within three acres of private grounds with spaces for 15+ cars. Guests can enjoy the tennis court with basketball hoops, outdoor table tennis, a football goal, croquet and all the rackets and balls that you need. Next to the sun-lounging deck is a large hot tub, ideal for relaxing in after a day of activities. 

For outdoor cooking and entertaining there is a swing-grill BBQ, a wood-fired pizza oven and plenty of tables and seating for everyone.

- **Location:** Norwich is the most complete medieval city in Britain and is only a 15 minute drive from the house. If you’re interested in shopping, arts and music or nightlife there’s plenty on offer.
- **Shop:** The nearby village of Hempnall (5 minute drive) has a local store, bakery and butcher. There is also a large Tesco superstore which is a 10 minute drive away or you can arrange a supermarket delivery and our team will put it away for you before you arrive.
- **Food and Drink:** The award-winning Wildebeest in Stoke Holy Cross is a 10 minute drive away. Otherwise there are plenty of excellent restaurants in Norwich which we would recommend.
- **Airport:** Norwich Airport is a 25 minute drive and Stansted a 90 minute drive.
- **Train:** Norwich and Diss stations are on a direct line into London Liverpool Street.
