## About The Property

Hill Top Farm Bunkbarn is a traditional Dales barn converted by the Heseltine family 30 years ago. Fully established as affordable and comfortable group accommodation, the barn retains much of its historic character and is ideally located for short breaks or holidays in the Yorkshire Dales.

Malhamdale is renowned for its natural beauty and Malham Cove, Gordale Scar and Janet's Foss are all located nearby. There are walks for all abilities in the area and two pubs located in the centre of the village, only a short walk away. Beck Hall also has a good bistro and dogs are welcome in all three places.

The bunkbarn has an area of grassed outdoor space for the enjoyment of our guests as well as private parking for 8 cars.

The bunkbarn is ideal for family occasions, e.g. birthdays, anniversaries and reunions. We also accommodate corporate groups, schools, scouts, guides, sports and activity groups. Please contact us to discuss any requirements.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Well behaved house trained pets welcome. Maximum of 2 dogs. We're a working sheep farm so dogs must be strictly kept on a lead at all times.
- **Accessibility:** The Bunkbarn is split into four levels, please contact us for more specific information.
- **WiFi:** Good mobile 4G reception on EE/Orange.
- **Kitchen:** Full catering facilities for 32 including two electric cookers, microwave, fridges, kettles, all utensils, crockery, cutlery etc.
- **Dining Room:** The dining area is combined with the lounge and kitchen in the main room on the first floor.
- **Sitting Room:** Combined with above, two sofas with built in bench seating and farmhouse tables and chairs.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** None, though guests are more than welcome to bring their own. We do have neighbours and noise carries easily, consideration is appreciated.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** The barn is heated by oil central heating. Thermostat is accessible to guests and can be altered as required. All heating included in price.
- **Bedrooms:** Six bedrooms furnished with bunkbeds, comprising of rooms sleeping: 2, 2, 3, 4, 6, 15.
- **Linen:** We provide pillows with pillowcases, guests to bring sleeping bags/duvets and towels.
- **Bathrooms:** Main bathroom contains three lockable wet rooms, four WCs and three basins. Separate bathroom contains a shower, WC and basin.
- **Children's Facilities:** Children are very welcome, the bunkbarn is ideal for families and multi-generational groups.
- **Outdoor:** Grassed area adjacent to parking, suitable for games, BBQs, sun-bathing etc.
- **Parking:** Parking for approximately 8 cars.
- **Smoking:** The property is strictly no smoking/vaping/e cigarettes.
