With no immediate neighbours or concerns about live music or karaoke, Hill View has great indoor and outdoor space, it is the perfect venue for both hen parties and large family gatherings. There is a hot tub available and we can hire in a second for you on request.  There's also a mini football pitch on site for fun competition, great for children. This property is suited to groups of 10+. Midweek availability for families, small business groups, contractors and people working in the area.

This spacious detached property is light and airy with beautiful panoramic views over unspoilt Rutland countryside.

The huge 40ft open plan kitchen diner complete with roaring log burner offers a generous space for socialising with your fellow guests with seating up to 22 guests.

The French doors that open out onto the large patio area help to bring the outdoors inside allowing guests to enjoy the the barbecue, table tennis, not to mention the gorgeous views, For double the fun the venue has the option of renting out 2 large twin hot tubs seating up to 14 guests at any one time and with no curfew on the use of the hot tubs.

There are 2 acres where guests can enjoy party games and sports including football in the back paddock and picnic tables in the front paddock.

The farmhouse has 20 sleeping spaces in beds in 5 very spacious bedrooms but can sleep up to 22 if using a double sofa situated in the open plan living room area.

The downstairs bedroom is ideal for elderly guests or those with mobility issues as on the ground floor there is a shower and toilet.

There is WiFi and parking for up to 15 cars.

Hill View is situated a few miles north of the stunning, affluent Georgian town of Stamford [recently voted the country's best place to live] noted for fine restaurants, ancient inns, boutique shops and fine architecture. The property is located a few minutes drive from the A1, with London being a 1 hour drive away. Ideally situated in the middle of the country its location means it's easy to get to from anywhere in the country.

For food lovers the award winning Olive Branch is just a 5 min drive with the Six Bells being a 2 min drive away.

A 10 minute drive from the Farmhouse is Rutland Water offering a range of activities such as sailing, climbing, raft building and cycling. There is also a small beach and the popular aqua park.

Grange Farm offering Segway and clay pigeon shooting is a 15 minute drive.
