## About The Property

Hillcroft is luxurious modern self catering holiday home situated in the pretty hamlet of Atlow in the rolling Derbyshire Dales.

The property boasts 8 beautifully styled bedrooms and sleeps up to 16 adults or up to 24 guests if there are children on your group. All of the bedrooms can be made up as double or twin beds and 3 bedrooms also have a further set of bunk beds ideal for family groups. 4 of the bedrooms are en suite, another 2 share a Jack and Jill bathroom and then there is a further large family bathroom with a teardrop bath and separate walk in shower.

The real wow factor of this property is the light and airy open plan kitchen and dining area which opens out onto an enormous balcony area, the views of the surrounding countryside are stunning and the balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink or meal in the warmer summer months.

The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you would need to cook up a storm including a built-in Neff electric hob, microwave and 2 electric cookers. The dining area has a large table with chairs which can accommodate up to 22 guests.

The property has a vast spacious lounge with plenty of soft seating and a cosy log burner. The perfect spot to all gather together and unwind after a long day exploring the many hidden gems of the Peak District.

Outside, as well as the large balcony area with artificial grass and outdoor seating for 22 people, there is a further lawned area to the rear of the property with a further table and chairs for 4. The gardens wrap around the entire property and to the front there is large field area, offering plenty of space for children to run around! There is also secure storage available for bikes.

Carsington Water is only a 5 minute drive away and offers a variety of water sports, cycle hire and various walking routes around the reservoir. There is a visitor centre, café and ice cream parlour on site. There is also a large picnic area located next to a fabulous outdoor playground which caters for all ages.

Hillcroft is near to the medieval market town of Ashbourne with its array of individual shops and cafes. The popular theme park of Alton Towers is also only a 30 minute drive away.

- **Bathrooms:** 4 en suites, 1 shared Jack and Jill bathroom and a further luxury family bathroom.
- **Children's Facilities:** Child/family friendly accommodation - cots and high chairs available.
