Hills Farm Stays - we provide the comfort of a boutique hotel within our self-catering properties. Originally built in 1750, the barns have all been renovated using natural products with original techniques and modern technologies all with ecologically friendly materials. We have biomass boilers, as well as our own spring water.
Our accommodation is available all year round for self-catering holidays, birthday weekends, pampering breaks, corporate/activities and wedding or celebration parties. We also offer wellness retreats with on-site pilates and yoga.
Hills Farm Stays has 100 acres of private countryside, woodland and river to be explored as well as hot tubs. On-site, we have a large function room (ideal for parties and weddings) hire charge applies. We also hold a civil wedding licence.Â

Situated on the Devon/Dorset border within Hills Farm in Kilmington. Located high on a hill, overlooking the picturesque Axe Valley with views of the famous Jurassic Coast. Local seaside resorts are abundant, Lyme Regis with the famous Cobb Harbour, the fishing village of Beer and Seaton with its wide promenade and historic tramway.
Kilmington and the surrounding area provide you with a fantastic opportunity to sample the best East Devon has to offer. It is a couple of miles from the ancient market town of Axminster where you will find shops, galleries, cafés and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's famous River Cottage Canteen.
