The cosy family TV room invites movie nights and laughter, while the sunroom opens straight onto a walled garden that’s safe for both children and dogs to explore.

At the heart of the home, the breakfasting kitchen is a dream for cooks and coffee lovers alike, with an AGA, granite worktops and a big central island where everyone naturally gathers. It flows through to the formal dining room, ideal for long, lazy dinners that stretch into the night.
