Hilltop, Mundesley, Norfolk

Hilltop is an imposing 7 bedroom Edwardian house offering luxury seaside holiday accommodation, having previously been a very loved family home. We have refurbished the whole house into a very comfortable holiday house with a coastal theme, but have retained the house's beautiful original Edwardian features which give the house a great sense of elegance and grandeur. Wonderful for family get togethers and multi-generational groups for holidays, long weekends and special occasions.

The house is spread over 3 floors giving a great sense of space but also privacy if required. 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite, can be found on the first floor, along with a family bathroom - with shower above the bath. The remaining 3 bedrooms and a family shower room can be found on the floor above. Many of the rooms have views of the sea or the garden.

The kitchen is very well equipped whether you just intend making breakfast, a picnic or a 3 or 4 course dinner to enjoy around our bespoke dining table that comfortably seats 16. And we can highly recommend our private chef who will cook, serve and clear up a feast for you. In addition, the house offers 2 large sitting rooms to enjoy, both have log fires and smart TVs to relax in front of. There is a children's TV room too.

Outside, the garden extends to about 1/3 acre with a lovely terrace with a table and chairs seating 16. There's a secure area for dogs including a dog wash! The hot tub can be found in a log cabin with its own furnished terrace outside the cabin. There is also an outside table tennis table.

There is parking for up to 6 cars although, with a lovely beach, a great pub with a wonderful beer garden overlooking the beach, a quaint village with butcher, greengrocer and chemist, and online supermarket deliveries, who needs to go anywhere!
