## About The Property

Set within the beautiful surroundings of the Ashdown Forest, Hindleap Warren is a dedicated residential outdoor centre offering unforgettable group accommodation and adventure experiences for schools, youth groups and organisations. Full board stays only - no self catering.

The centre can accommodate up to 180 guests in comfortable dormitory-style rooms and offers 2, 3, 4 and 5 night residential stays, as well as day courses. Groups have the option to book exclusive use of the centre, providing a private and immersive experience where young people and leaders can make the most of the space and facilities together. All stays at Hindleap are fully catered, with freshly prepared meals provided throughout each visit (we do not offer self-catering), allowing group leaders to focus on the experience without worrying about meals.

Hindleap’s extensive grounds are packed with exciting on-site activities designed to build confidence, teamwork and resilience. Activities include archery, orienteering, climbing wall, high ropes, zip-wires, abseiling, tunnels, an obstacle course, disc golf and a variety of team challenges. From April to October, groups can also take part in off-site water sports sessions at a nearby reservoir, adding an extra dimension of adventure to their stay.

With experienced instructors, tailored programmes and a peaceful woodland setting, Hindleap provides a safe, engaging and memorable environment where groups can learn, grow and enjoy time together in the outdoors.

- **Accessibility:** Ramped access, disabled showering and toilet facilities, lift if required.
- **WiFi:** We have WiFi, however, it can be a little patchy at times!
- **Kitchen:** Self catering facilities are not available.
- **Dining Room:** Canteen and dining area, seats up to 120 people with spectacular views overlooking the Medway Valley.
- **Sitting Room:** There are lots of sitting spaces throughout the centre.
- **Games Room:** One of the reception rooms can be set up as a games room on request.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** Bunk beds, sleeping up to 6 per room.
- **Linen:** Bed linen supplied.
- **Bathrooms:** Showers and WC facilities.
- **Children's Facilities:** The centre is designed with children and students in mind.
- **Outdoor:** Bushcraft, high ropes, outdoor education, outdoor pursuits, residential school trips, SEN, team building, water sports.
- **Parking:** Free parking is provided.
- **Smoking:** There is a no smoking policy within the building.
