At the centre of the house is a large dining room seating up to 34 guests, making it ideal for shared meals, celebration dinners and larger gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen supports self catering, with the option to arrange private catering or a private chef. Accommodation is arranged across 12 bedrooms, with flexible bed configurations including super king, double and single beds to suit different group types. Guests can enjoy a dedicated games room, along with multiple lounges and reception rooms that provide space for socialising and relaxing. Outside, the heated outdoor swimming pool (available from 1 April to 1 October) and year round hot tub provide a central space for relaxation, while the extensive sub tropical gardens offer space for outdoor dining, group activities and time together. Holbecks House is particularly suited to celebrations, family gatherings, retreats and larger group stays. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** A maximum of 2 dogs.
