Awarded 5 Star Gold by VisitEngland, Hollies Barn sits a couple of miles outside the bustling market town of Nantwich, in South Cheshire, close to the borders of Staffordshire and Shropshire. Our converted former dairy shippon sleeps 12, across its 6 double (or twin) bedrooms, each individually designed.

Hollies Barn is an ideal base for your stay with family or friends, whether you’re planning a long overdue catch-up, reunion or an annual get-together. It’s also the perfect venue for celebrating a special occasion or attending a wedding nearby.

Finished to a high standard, our barn conversion has been designed with comfort and socialising in mind. It’s the ideal place for you to unwind and reconnect, with its double-sided log burner, hot tub, private courtyard, large garden, open-plan living area, large dining table and Somnus luxury beds.

The luxury barn is surrounded by the Cheshire countryside, while still being within easy reach of a wide range of attractions – the best of both worlds. Think family time at the Monkey Forest, shopping in Chester or enjoying the great outdoors pony trekking or clay shooting. Whether it’s adrenaline, relaxation, retail therapy or food that takes your fancy, we’ve a wealth of places to visit on our doorstep, for both sunny and rainy days.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** No WiFi available. 3G inside and 4G outside on most networks.
- **Accessibility:** On request we can supply bath seat, bath step, toilet seat height raiser and shower seat. There's also a ground floor wetroom.
- **Dog Friendly:** Sorry, no pets, although trained assistance dogs are welcome. Our own friendly labrador is on site.
- **Kitchen:** Open plan kitchen and lounge. Double sided wood burner. 5 ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, huge breakfast bar. Pool table.
- **Dining Room:** Separate dining room seating 14 for family lunches and more formal dinners.
- **Sitting Room:** Huge wrap-around sofa at the lounge end of the open plan kitchen. 55 inch TV. Double sided wood burner.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** 55 inch TV in lounge, 32 inch TVs in bedrooms. DVD and Blu-ray player.
- **Games Room:** Pool table in the kitchen.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Under floor heating. Log burner in open plan lounge/kitchen. Basket of logs supplied, more available to buy.
- **Bedrooms:** 5 zip link (double or twin) superking beds, 1 king size. All individually styled, with luxury bedding. 4 have en suite shower rooms.
- **Linen:** All bed linen, bedding and towels provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 4 en suite shower rooms. 2 bedrooms share the family bathroom, which has a bath and shower. Slippers and robes provided.
- **Children's Facilities:** Very baby and child friendly. High chair, cot (please bring your own bedding) and many other items available. Lots of toys and games.
- **Outdoor:** Enclosed lawns with children's play equipment. Patio with 7 seater hot tub. Seating and barbecue (please bring charcoal). Outside area for bikes.
- **Swimming Pool:** There's no pool, but there is an outside 7 seater hot tub.
- **Parking:** Private off-road parking for 5 cars. Let us know if you need more space.
- **Smoking:** No smoking please.
