Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the property blends original character with modern comforts, creating the ideal setting for large group stays in the Yorkshire Dales. Inside, a bright entrance hall leads through to the spacious farmhouse kitchen and dining area. Designed with socialising in mind, the kitchen includes a large central island, generous preparation space and everything needed for cooking for bigger groups. Two large dining tables with fitted bench seating provide space for shared meals, celebrations and long evening dinners together. Patio doors open onto the outdoor seating area, making summer dining and drinks outside easy and enjoyable. The separate sitting room offers plenty of comfortable seating for the whole group to unwind after a day exploring the Dales. Exposed beams and brickwork add warmth and character, while the large television makes cosy evenings indoors even more relaxing. A second dining table provides additional flexibility for games, family meals or activities for younger guests. Practical features throughout the property make it especially suited to group stays, including storage space for coats, walking boots and dog leads, a downstairs WC and underfloor heating across the ground floor for comfort all year round. Upstairs, all six bedrooms feature super king zip and link beds, allowing rooms to be arranged as doubles or twins depending on your group’s needs.
