Its south-facing, enclosed garden boasts far-reaching views and a handcrafted gazebo that comfortably seats 12- perfect for alfresco dining. A garden hot tub provides the ultimate relaxation spot, overlooking the rolling Coverdale hills. The ground floor features a spacious boot room and utility area, leading to a light-filled farmhouse kitchen. Equipped with a double electric oven, American-style fridge freezer and a large dining table seating 10, this space is perfect for cooking and gathering together.

Two living spaces offer room for everyone to unwind. The main sitting room has high ceilings, a comfy L-shaped sofa, a jet-master open fire and window seats with spectacular views. The smaller study provides a cosy retreat with a Smart TV, desk and seating for five - ideal for quiet moments or children's downtime.

A purpose-built office in the courtyard, complete with WiFi, caters to guests who need to work or study during their stay. Upstairs, five generous bedrooms are spread across the first and second floors. The master and second bedrooms feature super-king beds that can be made into twins, sharing a bathroom and separate cloakroom. Two additional king-size bedrooms share a family bathroom. On the second floor, a twin bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with a roll-top bath offer a peaceful retreat. A snug on the first floor includes two built-in beds for children, ensuring plenty of space for families to spread out.
