Holly Bush Farm offers 24 bedrooms spread over the 3 properties. The Barn acts as the central hub of the complex, the spacious open plan living and dining area allows large groups to gather, dine and socialise together, ideal for special celebrations. A large well equipped kitchen makes catering for large groups easy and hassle free, and there is the additional benefit of having a second well-appointed kitchen in the nearby farmhouse.

The Farmhouse includes a further lounge, dining room and snug/TV room in the cellar, a great room for children to escape to! While the first floor of the Annexe boasts a fabulous games room including a pool table and various other games to keep adults and children alike entertained. To the far end of the games room there is also another TV room with soft seating and a kitchenette.

The location of Holly Bush Farm is fantastic for those wishing to make the most of the wonderful walking and cycling routes in the Peak District. The High Peak Trail is right on your doorstep, you can walk or cycle for miles along this old railway line; surrounded by beautiful countryside, the traffic-free trail is ideal for horse riders, cyclists and walkers of all abilities. Carsington Water, the 2 mile long reservoir managed by Severn Trent Water is only a 20 minute drive from the property. There's plenty to see and do including cycling/walking around the reservoir, also popular for bird watching, fishing and water sports, including kayaking, windsurfing, sailing and paddle boarding.

The hamlet of Pikehall is located near the towns of Ashbourne, Buxton and Matlock, making it a brilliant base for exploring the many attractions of the Peak District. And it's only a 40 minute drive to the well-known theme park, Alton Towers.

- **Games Room:** Games room located on the first floor of the Annexe with pool table and various other games.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** 24 bedrooms spread over 3 properties, the breakdown is as follows:
