With 3 separate dwellings, Holly Bush Farm allows business groups to hire exclusive use of the site or the properties can be hired in various combinations depending on the size of your team. The Farm House has 9 bedrooms, the Annexe 6 bedrooms and the Barn 9 bedrooms, so when taking exclusive use of the venue up to 24 delegates can be accommodated in single occupancy or 48 delegates in shared bedrooms, with a total of 24 bathrooms.
The Barn has been renovated with business groups in mind; the large open plan barn is the perfect meeting space, up to 40 delegates can be seated in a board room style (we can provide flip charts, paper, pens and easel and a projector screen to support your meeting and free WiFi is available) or alternatively the space can be used for training courses.
The living areas in the Farm House can be utilised as break out rooms for smaller groups and the fabulous games room in the eaves of the Annexe is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of meetings.
The venue is fully set up and equipped for self-catering or alternatively we can help arrange catering packages.
There is a spacious outdoor area great for team building activities, we have a range of recommended contacts that can provide team building activities on or off site.
Nestled in a quaint little hamlet and surrounded by amazing countryside, there are plenty of great walks from the doorstep including the High Peak Trail. The complex has easy access to the major road links of A38, A50 and M1 and Manchester and East Midlands airports are both approx. 1 hour drive away.
