At Holly Tree House smaller groups can have full use of the common areas (lounge, kitchen, dining room) plus enough bedrooms for your guests whether you require doubles, twins or family rooms. You can also still make use of the outdoor areas and hot tub.

Elegant Victorian house, which sleeps up to 22 people, is in a quiet and dramatic gorge above Wye rapids with views up to Symonds Yat Rock famous for its Peregrine Falcons.

This is a prime location for canoeing, rock climbing, horse riding, caving and even balloon flights. There are river cruises as well as glorious river and forest walks literally outside the front door.

This very inviting spacious house is fully equipped and furnished to a comfortable standard. There is a hot tub, attractive gardens, sun terraces and ample parking.

Holly Tree House is such a wonderful place to unwind and explore this stunning corner of the English countryside. Ideal for family get-togethers, reunions, team building, or a group walking holiday to experience this breathtaking scenery at any time of the year.

Straddling the borders of England and Wales, Gloucester, Herefordshire and Monmouthshire this is an area steeped in history, with many archaeological gems. It is rich in wildlife and has a fascinating industrial heritage.

The well-known racecourses at Cheltenham, Hereford and Chepstow and the cultural centres of Bristol, Cardiff and Birmingham are all within an hour's drive. Is there much to do? take a look at Wyedean Tourism.

There are four public houses within walking distance, the nearest of which is the Ferry Inn, a short walk away. The Saracens Head opposite is accessed by a hand pulled rope ferry .

The major road networks and the market towns of Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye are only a ten minute drive and have Waitrose, Marks & Spencer's and Morrison supermarkets.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** Stack stereo system and 1 TVs with Sky. There is also a video and DVD player.

- **Heating and Open Fires:** Oiled fired central heating and two open fires (one in each sitting room).
- **Bedrooms:** Nine bedrooms (7 doubles, 1 twin and 2 family rooms). One double (called Spare Room on plans) is very small - but perfectly useable.
- **Linen:** Bed linen and towels provided.
- **Bathrooms:** Four bathrooms and four shower rooms.
- **Children's Facilities:** Two travel cots, 2 Z beds and 2 high chairs available upon request.
- **Outdoor:** Hot tub for 6 in the terraced garden. Large decking and patio area with plenty of seating and BBQ. Fabulous views.
- **Parking:** Private parking for approximately 8 - 10 cars.
- **Smoking:** No smoking please.

- Deposit 25% payable on booking with balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Refundable bond of £500. Check in Mon or Fri. Check in at 4pm, and out at 10am.
