Hollywood House offers a stunning bespoke corporate venue to hold your corporate meeting, team building, product launch or celebratory event.

Situated at the end of a tree lined driveway with magnificent views over the Derwent Valley, Hollywood House can accommodate up to 37 delegates on a one per bed basis (16 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms). There are several breakout out areas within the house, and a large catering kitchen with crockery, cutlery and glasses for up to 80 delegates. The meeting room (12m x 12m) has tables and chairs for 80, a white board and projector screen plus a large wall mounted TV.

WiFi is available throughout the house, and private parking in the grounds is provided.

For more relaxed moments, a hot tub and swim spa in the grounds are heated all year round, croupiers are provided to host an evening in the casino level with Black Jack and Roulette tables (just for fun not money!).

The barbecue cabin in the woodland area can seat 28 with reindeer skins and log seating outside - another novel team building facility.

The house is for hire on a self catering basis, or caterers can be recommended.

Hollywood House has a rural feel yet is only half an hour from a main line train station and motorway (M1) and less than an hour from East Midlands Airport.


Fully equipped kitchen with glass washer, dishwasher, warming dishes, double cooker plus lots of fridge and freezer space.
Dining conservatory is huge with long tables and leather chairs for 40 (extra tables and chairs can be provided) plus a separate toilet block.
Two large lounges with comfy sofas and wall mounted TV in each, both lead out through French doors to the dining conservatory.
Three large wall mounted TVs are complemented by 2 DVD players and 2 Bluetooth speakers.
WiFi throughout the house.
The games room houses a 7ft Pool table. The casino level has original Black Jack and Roulette Tables (just for fun, not money!).
Oil fired heating throughout the house.
13 twin singles / super king bedrooms (including 5 family rooms) and 3 doubles. 11 en suite shower rooms, 1 en suite bathroom, 2 shower rooms.
All bed linen and towels are provided except for the hot tub and plunge pool. Heating and electricity are included in the hire charge.

This house does not have disabled access except in the dining conservatory.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided along with two single put up beds (on request).
5 acres of gardens, infinity terrace from the conservatory with another terrace with hot tub and swim spa, barbecue cabin in the woodland.
13ft plunge pool (4' 6" depth) - heated. 7' hot tub - heated.
Private on site parking for 50 (full size coaches cannot access the driveway).
No smoking within the house, smoking permitted in the grounds, cigarette bins are provided.
No pets allowed.


Situated on a private lane in a small Derbyshire village, on the Midshires Way with lots of walks directly from the house. Half hour drive to Alton Towers and the Peak District National Park.

2 night weekends Friday 4pm - Sunday 4pm - £500 deposit secures the booking - £350 breakages deposit.
