The newly refurbished boarding house provides modern comfort while retaining its traditional character, creating a welcoming and relaxed environment for guests of all ages.

On-site facilities include:

 Indoor sports: Sports hall, squash courts, swimming pool
 Performance and events: Theatre, drama studio, halls, orangery

 Dining and catering: Dining hall with full kitchen facilities

Youth groups and activity camps:

Youth organisations, school residential groups and activity camps will find Holmewood an ideal base. Safe, structured surroundings allow children to build independence, form friendships and enjoy shared experiences in a genuinely supportive environment. Dormitory-style accommodation sleeps up to 8 per room, with separate boys' and girls' areas. A kitchenette and lounge are aavailable for downtime. Groups will be asked to provide evidence of their safeguarding policies prior to arrival.

For corporate clients, the venue provides a peaceful and inspiring setting for team building, training and retreats. The boardroom and flexible learning areas are well suited to workshops and presentations, with access to digital and creative facilities throughout. The school is just over an hour from London by road. Royal Tunbridge Wells is a short drive away, with Scotney Castle Garden, High Rocks and Bewl Water all nearby. The High Weald National Landscape offers excellent opportunities for walking and cycling.
