Enjoying an idyllic location with views over the surrounding countryside, this new luxurious barn conversion is the perfect retreat to unwind in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Transformed from a grade II listed flint and brick barn to a beautiful, stunning home with 6 en suite bedrooms, Home Barn sleeps up to 15. Features include an open fire, hot tub, amazing garden area set in 5 acres of landscaped gardens and a fabulous kitchen - this is truly a sensational home for you to enjoy creating many magical memories.

The barn has been designed with the environment in mind and both the hot water and heating are serviced by an air source heat pump supplied by 100% renewable electricity. For cosy toes we have underfloor heating throughout.

We have designed the barn so that every bedroom has an en suite so that sharing bathrooms is minimal.

The stunning master bedroom has a king size bed set on a mezzanine level overlooking your own freestanding bath. With a separate shower and your own walk in wardrobe, this is one fabulous room.

2 bedrooms have a double bed with en suite shower, both with French doors. 2 further bedrooms have a double with a single on a mezzanine level with shower en suite. Please note these single beds are not recommended for the elderly, younger children or guests who do not like heights.

Bedroom 6 is in the annex which has stairs leading up to the 3 single beds with shower en suite.

The kitchen has ample room with 2 ovens, induction hob, walk in fridge, 4 kitchen bar stools and all kitchen amenities. We also have a utility room with washing machine and lots more storage.

The dining table is large enough to fit all guests and enjoy each other’s company, whether it is to eat, chat or play some games. The lounge area is magnificent with an open fire and plenty of cosy sofas.

And if inside isn’t enough outside will also not disappoint. There's a very large garden area and the hot tub area is in a sunken garden with bar, stools and seating. There are rattan sofas, rattan sun loungers and egg chairs to keep all guests feeling relaxed.

All bedrooms have en suites. 1 king size, 4 doubles (2 of them with an extra single on a mezzanine level), 1 room with 3 singles.

All bed linen provided plus 1 towel per guest.

All 6 bedroom have en suites. Bedroom 1 has a freestanding bath and shower. All other bedroom en suites have a shower. Downstairs toilet.

1 high chair, 1 travel cot.

Outdoor

5 acres of landscaped gardens. Hot tub in fabulous sunken garden. Table tennis. Seating areas and sun loungers.

There is no pool.

Parking for maximum 10 cars - no commercial vehicles please.

Booking Information

Cleaning fee £250. Refundable breakage deposit £500.
Check in from 3pm. Check out 11am.
An early check in from 10am and or late check out up until 6pm for an extra fee.
No subletting unless agreed by owners.
