These 4 cottages are within easy reach of one another, so work well for a group holidaying together while appreciating their own space.

There are several other cottages on and off site for larger groups, or different configurations, and some of these are dog friendly.

This group of holiday cottages in Weybourne on the North Norfolk coast is the perfect setting for a multi generational family holiday by the sea, getting everyone together for a weekend, to celebrate a special occasion with family or friends or just to catch up. It's also a fabulous location for accessing the Coastal Path and a wealth of other stunning beaches, bird watching and exploring Norfolk's great houses and gardens.

With a play area inside and out for younger children, a games room, an indoor swimming pool and a beauty room (where treatments can be booked direct with Gaelle), there really is something for every member of your group. And there's a laundry room and plenty of parking.

Built in the traditional north Norfolk brick and flint style,  these holiday cottages offer a home away from home experience. All the cottages are well equipped, spacious and yet cosy, most with wood burners. Each has a dining area for the number it sleeps, and Old Flint has a huge open plan living, dining and kitchen space where a large group can get together. Please note that the dining table will not seat the whole group, but buffet-style works well. Bedrooms are generous in size and with configurations to suit most groups. Each has an enclosed garden.

The village has everything you need too. There's a great local pub, a village shop, a cafe and the North Norfolk Steam Railway operates a station in the village too - always a hit with children and steam enthusiasts alike. And plenty of other family friendly attractions in easy reach.

Your hosts live on site so are on hand to help with any queries.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Our largest properties do not take dogs however we have 3 properties allowing dogs. These sleep 2 - 5 people. See web site for the finer details.
- **Accessibility:** No specific facilities but we do have a ground floor walk in shower with a pull down seat, plus ground floor bedroom, in Narroogal and Barnetts.
- **WiFi:** WiFi available throughout. Pay phone on site.
- **Swimming Pool:** Indoor, measuring 12m x 5m, heated to 29 degrees. A mixture of private slots and free swim times. Please bring your own pool towels - hire option.
- **Children's Facilities:** Fantastic play facilities - games room, indoor soft play room, outdoor play area. Cots, high chairs, fireguards and stair gates available.
- **Games Room:** With pool table and table tennis tables. Also mini gym for over 18's.
- **Dining Room:** Each cottage seats the number it sleeps. Old Flint has a large space where a big group can get together for buffet-style dining.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV (with Freeview channels), DVD, and CD player in each sitting area. Some bedrooms have TV too.
- **Bedrooms:** Mix of kings, doubles and twins. Some at ground floor level. Some en suites.
- **Outdoor:** Each cottage has its own private space, either a garden or patio, with barbecue.
- **Smoking:** No smoking on site please.
- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** We have electric parking on the main site for 4 cars.
- **Linen:** All beds are made up for arrival.
- **Parking:** All properties have allocated off road parking.
