These 3 unusual properties at the Hophouse sleep up to 10 guests and are available with exclusive use for a group taking the whole, or smaller groups may take one of the Hophouse or Loft in conjunction, if required, with the Snug as an extra bedroom. These holiday houses in Herefordshire are perfect for groups of friends or a multi generational family gathering, for a weekend break, a reunion or to celebrate a special occasion together.

The Hophouse is a 3 bedroom barn conversion completed in 2019. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. A very large dining and lounge area with seating and dining for 10 enables all guests to come together to socialise and eat in one place - a great bonus for a larger group.

Also downstairs there is a double/twin bedroom and a wet room that is accessible to those with reduced mobility - and it's within a wonderful circular hop kiln. Upstairs are 2 further double or twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers.

The Loft is a one bedroom studio-style loft, fully fitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Loft features a stunning round kitchen, custom built to enhance rather than detract from the unique circular ‘oast house’ old hop drying kilns. The bedroom and living area are cosy and yet provide enough space to relax and enjoy your stay.

The Snug is a newly renovated one bedroom, hotel room style bedroom with comfortable beds, a custom built bathroom and facilities for making hot drinks and a small fridge. A perfect choice for those requiring a little more privacy, or for older members of a family group.

There's a shared games room with table tennis and pool - great for the younger members of a group or for some family competition.

Easily accessed from other parts of the UK, this holiday accommodation is close to many places of interest. The Malvern Hills offer fantastic walking and cycling routes, Ludlow is a magnet for food lovers, and the historic towns of Hereford and Worcester provide cultural opportunities and shopping. Something for everybody in the group.

- **Dog Friendly:** Dogs accepted but only by arrangement.
- **Accessibility:** The downstairs bedroom in the Hophouse has a disabled access wet room with appropriate hand rails and a shower chair can be provided.
- **WiFi:** WiFi is provided. Mobile reception is not good.
- **Kitchen:** Electric double oven cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, pots and pans, as well as plates, glasses and crocks for 10.
- **Dining Room:** Dining in the Hophouse offers a large table suitable for seating 10 people.
- **Sitting Room:** The sitting room can seat 10 people and includes a Smart TV as well as a music system.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Digital TV and music system. Free WiFi.
- **Games Room:** Table tennis and pool in a communal games room.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Full central heating.
- **Bedrooms:** 1 downstairs double or twin room, 2 double or twin upstairs. The Loft is a double or twin, flat style room. The Snug is double or twin hotel style.
- **Linen:** Linen and towels provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 3 en suite bathrooms in the Hophouse, en suite bathroom in the Loft, as well as an en suite in the Snug.
- **Children's Facilities:** Travel cot, high chair and stair gates available.
- **Outdoor:** Terrace and patio area outside. Level access to Hophouse and disabled parking near the entrance.
- **Swimming Pool:** We do not have a pool. Nearest swimming pool is at Leominster - 15 mins drive.
- **Parking:** Ample parking.
- **Smoking:** No smoking in the house.
