A short distance from this nature-rich area are the HotelHuisjes (HotelHouses), where groups will find an ideal place to enjoy peace and quiet amidst nature, enjoying a sense of freedom and various activities. Our aim is to offer our guests an oasis of peace and freedom, so that everyone can relax and fully enjoy everything our park and its surroundings have to offer. Whether for family outings, groups of friends, company outings or teambuilding, we offer the perfect opportunity to stay together in large groups without compromising on privacy.

Landgoed Leudal HotelHouses has 19 2-person cottages and 8 4-person cottages with a capacity ranging from 70 to 97 people, which can be rented separately or together. The accommodation has its own recreation room, kitchen and outdoor area, and the rooms have their own bathroom facilities and kitchenette for extra comfort.

The central area also has beautiful meeting rooms that offer an inspiring and peaceful environment for business meetings.

Bedrooms

Some cottages have 2 bedrooms, others 1 bedroom, each with twin beds. There are additional sofa beds available too.

Free parking on site.

Booking Information

Prices in Euros and sample only – final price will depend on the number of guests staying – please enquire.

Including energy and end cleaning.

Bedlinen, towels and tax are charged extra: € 26,50 p.p.

Use of sofa beds also incurs an additional charge – please enquire.

Deposit on booking is 40% off the total amount. 1 month before arrival the rest must be paid. The guest receives an invoice for both.

We ask € 500,00 deposit for damage.

Minimum stay on weekdays (Monday till Thursday) 1 night and in the weekend 2 nights (Friday till Sunday or Monday).

No arrival on Saturday and Sunday.

Check in is between 16.00 and 20.00. Check out at 10.00 except on Sundays then it’s at 14.00.

Situated in south eastern Netherlands in Limburg region, close to Maastricht and Antwerp. This is a very peaceful location within a large nature reserve, perfect for unwinding.

5 minutes to the nearest supermarket (Albert Hein).
3 minutes to the nearest village (Haelen). Restaurants on site.
35 minutes to Maastricht, Eindhoven and Dusseldorf Airport.
20 minutes by public bus to the nearest train station (Roermond).
