Couples have complete freedom to create a unique wedding celebration at House of Craigie during their 2 night exclusive use stay with their closest family and friends. Outdoors are enchanting backdrops for celebrations, manicured lawns, stone terraces, flower filled borders, woodland pond garden, wild flower meadow and breath-taking views over rolling fields out to the islands of Arran and the iconic Ailsa Craig.
House of Craigie is a flexible wedding venue where the choice of where to be married and dine extends indoors and outdoors to any of the downstairs social rooms or anywhere in the grounds including our Edwardian peach house at the herb garden or our cute, historic now repurposed fruit larder in the centre of the courtyard.
As a starting point included within our 2 night package is a 4 course menu with vegetarian/vegan options available at no extra charge but we are happy to design a bespoke menu to personal preferences.
There is no corkage charge and the choice of drinks is wholly personal to couples and their guests.
Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two dogs to join the celebration.
The maximum capacity of 26 includes 4 children sharing bedrooms with parents.
Our approved supplier address book includes services from florists, event designers, cake bakers, wedding celebrants to pipers and even magicians…

Dining Room

Main house dining room seats up to 28 and for weddings are reconfigured to give a top table. Log fire. Each cottage has a dining table for 4.

The house has 2 large sitting rooms - the Drawing Room and TV room with comfortable sofas and open log fires. Each cottage has sofa and chairs for 4.

TV and Music Facilities

The house has 50" Smart HDTV/HDMI. Sky, DVD player and Wifi access. Each cottage has TV/DVD and Wifi access.

Table tennis. Games selection and books.

Heating and Open Fires

Cottages have underfloor heating. Log fires in drawing room, TV room, dining room and games room.

Bedrooms

House: 8 bedrooms: superking en-suite bedroom, king, double and 5 twin + extra beds. Cottages: 5 bedrooms can be superking or twin + extra beds.

Bed linen and towels included. Swimming towels not provided.
