## About The Property

It is hard to imagine anywhere more idyllic than this lochside property, designed with family gatherings, friend reunions and corporate groups in mind. Just 20 minutes from Inverness and great transport links, House By The Loch has the best location ever.

This stylish holiday house near Loch Ness benefits from open plan living downstairs with enormous windows at every turn to make the most of the stunning loch views. Multi generational groups will love the flexibility of the house with a luxury cinema room, dance floor, gaming area, snooker, table football and a playroom for the children. The outside space keeps giving with a large patio for barbecues, a play area and a football pitch. There is lots of room for youngsters to run around and burn up some energy while the grown ups relax. By the same token there are several options for corporate groups with team building areas, meeting rooms and breakaway spaces aplenty.

The large kitchen diner is a great place to cook and eat together although for a special occasion it is possible to hire in a private chef. After supper, relax at the informal kitchen bar or head to the cinema for a film night or the games room to play snooker. If the weather is balmy, open the French doors and breathe in the healing Scottish air. Or perhaps turn the music up and dance the night away on the dance floor, complete with fairy lights and glitter ball. There are so many choices under one wonderful roof.

Upstairs the story continues with the house offering spacious bedrooms with gorgeous soft furnishings and picture windows. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible and includes a twin with adjoining wet room, perfect for anyone less mobile.

House By The Loch is hugely popular with walkers and cyclists and is a good base for a North Coast 500 road trip or 7 Lochs Trail nearby. Skiing is also possible with Aviemore just an hour away. There are many attractions to explore such as Urquhart Castle, The Whisky Trail, Inverness and even the possibility of a boat ride to Skye or a cruise on Loch Ness.

## Booking Information

- Minimum of 3 night stay. No dogs and no smoking. Longer lets by arrangement. Deposit on booking required with remaining balance to be paid no longer than 6 weeks prior to stay along with a security deposit of £350. Booking is confirmed when a confirmation email has been received.
