The 4 award winning houses have been designed and built by talented local craftsmen to create exquisite accommodation in buildings perfectly situated inside the South Downs National Park. Walk to the woods or to three reserves on our doorstep.
3 are modern spaces but with stunning vaulted ceilings to show off the original barn beams, in airy double and triple height communal areas.
Treetops - each room has a different theme, with the house offering 2 verandahs for outside living and double height bedrooms along with a traditional Japanese wood fired sauna and solid rock cold plunge pool.
All have private gardens with outside dining and barbecues to enjoy the woodland views beyond. Ask about hiring in a hot tub.
Viking-inspired halls in House on the Brooks and the Mill House are perfect for gathering everyone together for a family meal and the opportunity to make special memories. The Timber Barn goes one step further with a Saxon-style space, a spectacular triple height beamed hall perfect for events, banquets, feasts, dancing or yoga. Up to 50 guests can dine together in this space for a special occasion, family reunion or corporate event or dinner.
Bedrooms across the properties are individually designed and themed, boutique with en suites, exotic decor and soft furnishings. They are configured to suit a mixed group with the use of zip and links for kings, twins and family rooms. Check out the stunning copper bathroom in House on the Brooks and pink bathroom in the Timber Barn complete with luxury freestanding bath.
House on the Brooks overlooks a bird sanctuary - sit back and enjoy the wildlife. There are many walks from the door and an easy stroll to 3 pubs for a pint. Goodwood is 15 minutes away and London an hour. The south coast and stunning beaches are 30 minutes, or take to the river for paddleboarding and wild swimming.
