We have 3 ground floor bedrooms especially suited to the less able. The house has wide corridors and oodles of space for access.

We have a free phone for local calls as well as WIFI by arrangement.

Large country house kitchen suitable for self catering / external caterers - also butler’s pantry as smaller kitchen for snacks/children's meals.

All 5 reception rooms are set up as you want them so we can set a dining room up for between 10-130 guests, on round, oval or trestle tables.

All 5 reception rooms are set up as you want them and we have more than 12 sofas and chairs galore - so there is no problem seating up to 130 guests.

TVs, Wii, playstation and Dvd library available by request. All reception rooms have a audio system to stream music or play iPads/iPhones.

We have 5 reception rooms plus a den which is often converted for clients into a games room. We have no shortage of space.

There are open fires in the Great Hall, Drawing Room and Snug Bar as well as central heating throughout the house which also provides ample hot water.

42 bedrooms include four poster rooms, canopy beds and flexible rooms which can be twin or superking beds. We also have 4 x 2 bedroom family suites.

Crisp white bed linen and fluffy white towels provided with complimentary toiletries. Starched white table linen and napkins also provided.

24 mostly very large en-suite bathrooms, family suites share bathrooms between 2 bedrooms. We have showers, roll top baths and oodles of of hot water

We are very family friendly with loads of space and games indoors and grounds with a kids play centre. We also have cots and high chairs.

Beautiful grounds, a croquet lawn five-a-side pitch with goals. Tennis court, Very good local walks, activities and day trips. 5 acres of gardens.

We don't have a pool - but there are pools within a 15min drive.

We have space immediately outside the house to unload as well as car parking for 36 cars at the side of the house.

There is no smoking in the building and we have provided designated smoking areas which we have tried to make as accommodating as possible
