All located around a central courtyard they have been designed to be equally good for small groups taking over one or two of the properties or a big party enjoying all the properties exclusively.

The barns are a perfect destination for large parties as Cruck'd Barn and Bats Belfry have very spacious open plan areas that can be used for meetings and everyone can dine and socialise in.

Five acres of gardens and grounds surround the property with some excellent walking from outside your front door as well as in nearby Dovedale and the Manifold Valleys.
