Wedding Villa in Italy – we offer the possibility of a civil wedding ceremony held in the villa grounds. The location offers a romantic and magical Italian wedding venue, fabulous atmosphere with spacious outdoor patios and gardens. The venue is the ideal location for your family, friends and the possibility to celebrate your honeymoon in a unique context.
Guests have the possibility of choosing different solutions, whether you are looking for an intimate, casual, rustic chic or exclusive ceremony, we are at your disposal to help and plan your special day offering a personal touch and attentive assistance.

Farmhouse - Two large leather corner sofas and open fireplace, seating 6-8 each. Barn - three sofas, many chairs and large room to gather indoors.

TV and Music Facilities

Farmhouse - TV, DVD surround system and hi-fi.

Games Room

Big barn of 120 sqm sleeps 5, two bedrooms, large kitchen, big room & wooden burner. Ideal for long weekends, Easter, Christmas & New Year holidays.

Heating and Open Fires

Farmhouse - open fire place + gas central heating. Summer house - gas central heating. Converted Barn - wood burner.

Bedrooms

13 bedrooms, 5 Queen size double (x190), 2 UK size double beds (x140) and 3 twin rooms (6 singles x90) - all beds are 190-200cm long.

Linen

Bedding and towels for inside the house are provided by us. Note: Beach towels / pool towels are not provided, but they can be hired locally.

Bathrooms

Farmhouse 8 (6 en-suite). Pink cottage has 1. All have: shower, toilet, bidet and sink as standard. Barn - shower room and 2 WC's.

Kids play area, includes 14ft trampoline with two swings. Outdoor ping pong table

Large veranda, 2 spacious patios with tables and chairs. Outside dining for 28. Wedding and catering area for events, other services available locally

10x5 pool (1.40m in depth). Ladder into pool. Excellent sunny, panoramic position, with thermic night cover to maintain constant water temperature.

Private access road, with automated gates, that leads you to the centre of 11 hectares with on site parking near the Farmhouse

Non smoking property. Smoking only possible outside with many ash trays provided in every spot.

30% deposit at booking stage & final balance is requested 12 weeks prior to the letting.

Changeover day is on Saturdays during the summer – flexible during other periods.
