The house is located a 30 minute drive from Belfast, between Crossgar and Downpatrick, beside the Strangford and Lecale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 7 miles from Tyrella Bach and close to Tollymore Forest Park, and the Mourne Coastal Route.
