Award winning and highly rated (recent average of 9.8). A 5x10m marquee, with tables and chairs, is available for rent as part of the wedding package, this can seat up to 40 guests. Guests also have the option to bring their own larger marquee, which can be set up in the lower field, and will entail a site fee. There is a second entrance to the field, which also has room for parking. We do not have a licence to sell alcohol, so you can bring your own on a self-catering basis. We are in the process of building an outdoor bar. Weddings are usually a 3 night minimum stay, allowing for a set-up and breakdown day. Prices are cheaper during the week, and off-season (May-September). Located in County Down, Northern Ireland, 30 minutes from Belfast, in the Strangford Lecale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, between Crossgar and Downpatrick Inch Schoolhouse is also just a mile away from Inch Abbey, which is a popular site for wedding photos. The former schoolhouse sits on a pastoral 3 acre site, with extensive gardens and woods, which are dramatically illuminated at night. Inside, features include a mahogany bar in the reception area; a large cinema/disco room, with video projector and surround sound; antique style bath and large walk in shower; en suite bedroom; sun room; fully equipped kitchen with 6 hob Aga.
