Industrial House is a contemporary retreat designed for family gatherings, groups of friends, corporate stays and wellness escapes. Set within the private LedowoHouse Estate in the beautiful Żuławy countryside, it combines modern comfort with excellent leisure facilities and easy access to Gdańsk and the Baltic coast.

The house sleeps up to 15 guests across 7 flexible bedrooms, each benefiting from its own en-suite bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy for every member of the group.

At the heart of the house is a spacious open-plan living and dining area, ideal for socialising and celebrating together. Guests can gather around the large dining table, relax on comfortable sofas, enjoy the pool table, play the piano or unwind by the fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy for larger groups.

Wellness facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool (4m x 12m, depth 1.5m) with retractable glass walls, creating a unique indoor-outdoor experience during the warmer months. The pool is available from May to October. Guests can also enjoy a traditional Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna and a wood-fired hot tub.

Outside, a covered grill pavilion provides outdoor dining space, while the BBQ area, wood-fired pizza oven and fire pit create the perfect setting for relaxed evenings with family and friends.

For active guests, there is an impressive range of facilities including a private 6-hole golf course with golf cart, putting green, basketball court, volleyball court, badminton, table tennis, bicycles and kayaks. Children will love the playground, while golf enthusiasts can enjoy one of the property's most unique features – a private golf course available exclusively to guests.

A dedicated yoga studio can be reserved on request, making Industrial House an excellent venue for wellness retreats, mindfulness workshops and team-building events.

Situated just 15 km from Gdańsk Old Town, 25 km from Sopot and within easy reach of the Baltic coast, Industrial House offers the perfect balance of luxury, recreation, privacy and convenience.

Vintage House, also sleeping 15 guests, is available alongside Industrial House for larger gatherings of up to 30 guests.
