Ingestre Hall is set in a wonderfully private location, the perfect venue in which to celebrate, in beautiful surroundings. We only offer exclusive use of our venue, it is all yours for the day. We encourage you to have your dream wedding just as you have always wanted it to be. Unique, bespoke, magical. We don’t do package weddings here at Ingestre Hall. It is your choice all the way. If you have dreamt of a themed wedding, whether it be classic, vintage, fairytale, modern, 1920’s, 1940’s or even a winter wonderland theme, the choice is yours and our venue will lend itself beautifully to your aspirations, whatever they may be. You choose your own wedding suppliers. We do not stipulate which suppliers you use, it is your wedding day after all. We believe the most special day of your lives should be exactly as you envisage it, your vision, your choice. We offer you the flexibility to have the wedding you always wanted. The Great Hall is oak panelled and south facing, with stunning chandeliers to illuminate your celebration. The Yellow Room can be set up to your requirements. The Red Room is used for the bar and any evening buffet, hog roast, etc that may be served to your guests. The blue staircase in the Great Hall is a photographer’s dream and a wonderful opportunity for your guests to see you in all your wedding finery and to welcome you as husband and wife, lifelong partners, into the Great Hall to enjoy your wedding reception celebration. If you are looking for a relaxed and friendly approach with staff who are committed to ensuring your special day is exactly as you wish it to be, Ingestre Hall is worth a visit. We have a lift and a 4/5 bed dormitory with wet room and 3 bed carers room with en suite on our mezzanine corridor. - **WiFi:** There is access if required to a landline for emergencies only. Mobile networks vary due to the rural location of the hall. Wifi is available. - **Kitchen:** The kitchen is very well equipped with the facilities you would expect in a commercial kitchen. The kitchen is large and spacious. - **Dining Room:** The dining room is equipped with tables and chairs to seat up to 70 people. We have an adjoining coffee bar/New York style diner seating 15. - **Sitting Room:** The Yellow Room, Red Room and the Great Hall are all rooms available to your group to use for recreation and relaxation on the ground floor. - **TV and Music Facilities:** The Red Room is traditionally the room where residents watch television. Our cellar is the place for karaoke and parties where music can be played. - **Games Room:** Our cellar is equipped with pool tables, football tables and various arcade machines. There is a party area for discos etc, with disco lights. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Heating and hot water are supplied by a bio mass system, via radiators. There are no open fires here at Ingestre Hall. - **Bedrooms:** We have 3 corridors of dormitory accommodation with 17 bedrooms ranging from 2 bed staff rooms to 11 bed dormitories, plus additional 3 bedrooms. - **Linen:** All bedding: quilt, pillow, mattress protector, flat sheet, pillowcase, quilt cover and thermal blanket are supplied as standard for all beds. - **Bathrooms:** We have separate shower/wash room facilities on each corridor for young people and staff. We have 4 rooms that are en suite. - **Children's Facilities:** We have 3 table tennis tables in the Great Hall. A cellar with pool tables, football tables and various arcade machines. Games, TV room, DVDs. - **Outdoor:** Large private grounds - 27 acres to explore with mature trees. Football posts are available and lots of space to run around in a safe environment. - **Swimming Pool:** No not on site. There is a new Leisure Centre with a pool in Stafford, approximately 7 miles from us. - **Parking:** Parking for approximately 15 cars in our car parks. Additional parking is available on our grounds at the front of the building if required on grass. - **Smoking:** Smoking is prohibited at Ingestre Hall. Minimum charge for a 48 hour period of hire is £5,040 plus VAT, totalling £6,048 from April 2026.  - - Please be aware that VAT is charged, no client is exempt as per HMRC VAT notice 742 – ‘It makes no difference what the hirer is using it for, (your hire) is mandatorily standard-rated’. - - Prices increase every April. Bank Holiday weekends/nights/periods incur an additional charge of £250 plus VAT per night. - - Prices are subject to VAT. Minimum 2 night stay. You are welcome to stay for 1 night but you will be charged for our minimum of 2, thank you. - -   - - Catered accommodation is available from £75-£90 pppn, plus VAT.
