The Gallops is set around a quadrangle, offering a private space for a large group taking all units. 3 units are accessible with wet rooms, and 1 has adjustable height work surfaces. As standard the bedrooms sleep 2 each, but we can add more beds for larger families or for school residentials - it's very flexible, so please ask. The 5 safari tents at the glamping site can sleep up to 10 each for families, but are very comfortable with 6 in each. Each has a kitchenette and living/dining room, 2 shower rooms and sturdy adult bunk beds (and a double bedroom if required), as well as all mod cons and access to barbecues. Perfect for a group of up to 50 for a memorable holiday or weekend under the stars. The Orchard is a separate house with open plan living, and works well for a smaller group of up to 10. The layout makes it ideal for yoga retreats and small residential training too. Riding activities are available on site - including safe on site hacking, tuition, stable management and other educational courses, and use of our arenas and livery if you wish to bring your own horse. We welcome non-riders too, and can organise other activities with local providers, including indoor archery tag, and there's plenty of land or water based activities to enjoy on the island. A package can be tailor-made for your group. Our inside arena can serve a number of functions - we have hosted exhibitions, fares, weddings, live music and sporting events in what is the largest indoor space of its kind on the island. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Some of the self catering houses are dog friendly. - **Accessibility:** 4 units mobility level 1, 2 level 2 and 1 level 3. 1 of the safari tents is now accessible. - **WiFi:** WiFi throughout. - **Kitchen:** All kitchens in houses are well equipped and include a dishwasher. Safari tents have kitchenette with hot plates, fridge and firepit. - **Dining Room:** The houses have inside and outside dining for the number of guests. Safari tents have a communal firepit grill with seating as well as individual BBQ. - **Sitting Room:** The houses have comfortable lounges with sofas and a Smart TV, most are open plan. Some bedrooms have Smart TVs. - **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TVs in house lounges and some bedrooms with access to Netflix and Amazon through personal log in. - **Games Room:** There is no games room but use of both the indoor and outdoor arenas is available as is on site horse riding and outdoor games at the restaurant. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Centrally heated self catering houses. The safari tents have a communal firepit and individual BBQ. - **Bedrooms:** The houses have a combination of doubles, kings and twins with an extra bed where needed. Use of zip and links. Safari tents have a king and bunks. - **Linen:** Bedding and bathroom towels are provided in the houses. Only bedding is included for the safari tents, youth groups may need to bring sleeping bags. - **Bathrooms:** The self catering houses have family bathrooms with some en suites in master bedrooms. Some baths. The safari tents each have 2 shower rooms with WCs. - **Children's Facilities:** High chairs and cots are available by prior arrangement.
