We can offer accommodation to small or large corporate or private groups extensively during the summer, with limited availability during the rest of the year.
All our accommodation packages include access to all our communal areas – TV/lounge area, games room, library, laundry facilities and a gym. All flats are fully furnished and offer everything you need.
We can accommodate any size group, including leisure, corporate and youth groups.
Visitors to our villages can take advantage of our competitive prices. We offer completely flexible packages to suit your needs, including self-catering or fully inclusive packages.
CLV’s work is underpinned by the philosophy of partnership. We pride ourselves on the strong, sustainable, long-term relationships we develop with each of the partners we work with whether this be a university, theatre school, language school or youth training initiative. In conjunction with universities, we can also arrange catering, conference, classroom and sports and leisure facilities.
Our flexible options mean that we can create a package which suits your needs, whatever your budget. Whether it is accommodation only or a full service package including catering, other room hire options and social events – we will tailor make a package for you. We also offer a range of housekeeping services to suit your needs and budget.

All our buildings have got free Wi-Fi and rooms offer free Wi-Fi also.

Accessibility

All our communal areas are on the ground floor and easily accessible. We offer 6 disabled rooms on the 1st floor with lift access to all floors.

Kitchen

All our shared kitchens offer microwave, electric oven, hob and grill, fridge freezer, breakfast bar and stools, and other kitchen essentials.

Dining Room

Each kitchen has got a breakfast bar and stools for all residents.

Sitting Room

We offer communal social spaces for all residents on our ground floors, with free to air TV, pool table and games.

TV and Music Facilities

Free to air TV is provided in all our social spaces.

Games Room

We have got various social rooms with pool table, free to air TV (Wii and X-box can be hired), board games and on site library.

Heating and Open Fires

Electric storage heaters are provided in each room/flat.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are single bedrooms, including single bed, desk and study chair, wardrobe and bookshelf, noticeboard and free Wi-Fi.

Linen

No linen is included (bring your own), however bedding packs and linen service can be provided as part of a package. Please enquire.

Bathrooms

All bathrooms are shared bathrooms for each flat, including sink, toilet and shower. Bathrooms are shared between 3 or 4 flatmates.

Outdoor

We have got an outside area to sit in and have a barbecue, play basketball and just relax.

Swimming Pool

The University of Salford offers a swimming pool, sauna, spa plus fitness centre, only 10 minutes walk away. Please enquire to use these facilities.

Parking

We have got free secure car parking available on site (space for 1 coach available too).

Smoking

There is a no smoking policy in all our buildings. We have got designated smoking areas outside.

The halls are located near to University of Salford campus and are within walking distance of the University facilities and the local shopping centre.

Manchester city centre is approximately 15 minutes via bus or 10 minutes via train.
Salford City Shopping with various shops and a 24 hour supermarket (Tesco) is a 2 minute walk away.
There are many places to eat in Manchester, Salford Quays and Salford City Shopping.
Manchester International Airport is 15 miles from John Lester & Eddie Colman Courts. There are regular, direct train services to and from Salford.
The nearest train station is Salford Crescent, which is located just 10 minutes away.
Just outside the halls are various buses going into Manchester, the Trafford Centre and Media City.
