There's glamping and then there's posh glamping. The bothies are a sight to behold, comfortable warm spaces with interiors inspired by Shakespearian fairy kings and queens. Fresco style walls add a touch of magic and luxury to make each stay more memorable. The woodland huts are cosy and insulated welcoming accommodation with simple yet very attractive design and oozing comfort.

The site is set within 200 acres of woodland, an enchanting place for children of all ages to rediscover nature and to explore the on site Fairy Trail. No need to venture away from the site with hiking and cycling on the doorstep as well as a range of fun activities such as den building and forest school. Getting here is really easy via the main A166 from York, handy if the group are travelling from different places in the UK.

The huts have a private kitchen shed with a hob, barbecue and cool box. There is also a communal washing up area. The Northwood Kitchen is a new addition at Jollydays offering meals, snacks and drinks to be enjoyed next to the firepit outside or on the covered tree trunk verandas.

Sleeping areas offer a mix of doubles and superkings, stylish with quality bedding, along with sofa beds for extra guests. The bothies have their own toilet, shower and roll top bath. The huts are able to use communal showers and toilets.

Woodfired hot tubs can be hired for use on the site.
