The Jonas Centre is popular with business groups and provides a great venue for team development programs, CPD Workshops and business getaways. Accommodating 60 people, our facilities make us a great option for businesses wishing to host a variety of events, whether they are self-programmed or in collaboration with one of our outdoor activity providers.
The ground floor of our Granary Barn is divided into a fully equipped professional kitchen and an open plan multi-purpose meeting room, measuring 36ft x 18ft. In suitable weather conditions this can also provide access to a hard standing reception area and enclosed lawn ideal for open services, picnics and barbecues,
The meeting room is equipped with a DVD player, OHP screen, and flipcharts. Seating can be arranged in a variety of ways.
The catering kitchen allows groups to plan their own meals. Plenty of fridge, freezer and larder space is available. The Centre has also successfully used local caterers for groups that do not wish to bring or prepare their own food.
On the upper floor of the Granary Barn there are two separate lounges, often used as additional meeting rooms in a more relaxed and informal environment. Each is equipped with TV & DVD and each lounge can accommodate around 15 people. Wireless internet is available within the Granary Barn.
