The Lodge

Ultra-modern fully equipped communal kitchen (hobs, ovens, microwaves, fridges) with dining for 17. Two bright lounges with internet-enabled TVs and a second dining area seating 10. Superior bedding and towels included. Patio with stunning estate views. Private secure parking.

For Mountain Bikers

Glentress Forest (UCI World Championship venue) is 5 minutes away. Innerleithen's enduro trails are 10 minutes. On site: 4 bike wash stations, work stands, e-bike charging, CCTV-monitored locked bike store.

For DofE and Youth Groups

Outstanding Bronze, Silver and Gold expedition terrain on the Southern Upland Way and Tweed Valley. DofE-suitable accommodation with drying room, large kitchen and private estate setting.

For Fishing Parties

The River Tweed runs through Peebles minutes away. Full kitchen for early starts and late dinners, drying room for waders and rods, private estate setting.

- **Heating and Open Fires:** The Lodge is heated.

Upstairs: Room 5 (6 singles), Room 6 (7 singles).
- **Linen:** All berths include superior bedding and fluffy towels are provided.
