## About The Property

Kempley Barns offers you a choice of 2 barns, which can be used together for large groups and provides 2 spacious entertaining rooms where everyone can come together for meals.

The Great Barn, a magnificent handcrafted oak structure, comfortably sleeps 6. The spacious entrance hall offers a panoramic view and access to the surrounding farmland and is adjoined by two en suite double bedrooms seductively illuminated by the original arrow slits. From the entrance hall ascend the stone spiral staircases leading to the split-level living and dining areas, the perfect family/entertaining space with tremendous views, log burning stove and chic kitchen. This space leads to an additional vaulted double bedroom plus en suite with celestial glazing and quirky arrow slit windows.

The Granary, sleeping 8, completes the courtyard and overlooks the stream, meadows and orchard. Large glazed windows make the most of the sunny aspect. The barn benefits from an airy double height living space with a log burning stove where your party can enjoy each others company. There is a separate fully appointed kitchen and dining area with French doors leading into a secluded garden leading down to the stream. There are three double bedrooms and a twin bedded room. Two of the double bedrooms are at ground level, one of which is en suite whilst the other has a large wet room.

The barns nestle in our own private valley close to the Malvern hills, Wye Valley, Forest of Dean and cathedral cities of Gloucester, Worcester and Hereford. Perfectly placed for trips out and beautifully designed for days in.

Explore the Perry pear orchard, fish for tiddlers in the stream, barbecue al fresco, pack a picnic and explore. Fartlek up the hill, visit the local pub the Moody Cow or choose a Michelin star restaurant. Book one of our recommended caterers for that special meal. Read that book you never had time for, visit the antique shops or charming market towns of Ledbury and Ross. Canoe the Wye, book a round of golf at Ross Golf club, dine al fresco, swim in the pool and watch the sky. Plenty to do - the choice is yours!
