An exceptional 19th century Cotswold farmhouse in a rare remote part of Oxfordshire. The setting will take your breath away! A luxury choice for a get together with friends and family, for a holiday or short break.

Modern tech gives you a great kitchen, WiFi, Freeview, HD home cinema and even a jacuzzi bath. You will find the outdoor world equally tempting with a 6-8 person hot tub (additional charge), Bose speakers, wood-fired pizza oven, barbecue and hammocks you can laze in all day or night.

Whatever you’re looking for this place and its settings will help make it special. There’s even space to come in your own helicopter!

If you should feel the need to drag yourself away, there are lots of places nearby that make for great and varied days out. Burford and its famous Garden Centre, the River Thames at Lechlade, Kelmscott Manor, Bibury, Blenheim Palace, Dalesford, Batsford Arboretum..... And if you want to eat out, Burford, Lechlade, Filkins, Shilton, Kelmscott, Southrup all have great eateries.

65" 4K TV in living room. Small TVs in kitchen, downstairs bedroom and attic bedroom. Music can be played through TV amplifier.

Central heating from a biomass boiler, supplied by sustainable woodland on the property. Wood burning stove in living room.

Ground floor super-king bed, en suite. King-size bed, en suite with jacuzzi. King-size bed. 2 doubles with sofa bed. 2 attic rooms interconnect.

Bed linen and towels provided free of charge.

Ground floor en suite with shower, Master en suite with jacuzzi and shower. 1 ground floor toilet, 1 upstairs bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

Refundable damage deposit – £250. Pets allowed subject to approval. Hot tub – £180 for 2 nights, then £15 per night.

Accessed from the A361 between Burford and Lechlade, the farmhouse is set 500m from the nearest road, creating a truly peaceful space to relax in. 5 min drive to Cotswold Wildlife Park.

No local buses.
Charlbury station is 13 miles away and has regular service to/from London Paddington.
The nearest village is Filkins / Broughton Poggs. Burford, considered one of the most beautiful Cotswold villages with numerous shops, pubs, and places to eat and drink, is 10 min away.
The nearest shops are in Burford, a 10 min drive away. There is a small supermarket halfway down the hill on the main road. There is also a small Co-op just before Lechlade.
The Five Alls in Filkins serves fantastic food for lunch and dinner, and has a separate area for drinks and snacks. Burford has a great Indian restaurant. Lechlade has Indian and Italian restaurants.
London Heathrow - 70 miles. London Gatwick - 100 miles. Birmingham - 60 miles.
