Kent Downs Cottage is an attractive house, light-filled with large windows making the most of stunning views across the Kent countryside. Everyone can sit down together at the table for special meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. There's a large lounge with a cosy wood burner for catching up with friends or a movie night. Tri-fold doors can be opened onto the patio (weather permitting), expanding the living area into the outdoors or for al fresco dining. The enclosed rear garden is a lovely spot to enjoy the wonderful Kent weather. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are very welcome.

The main bedroom has a huge picture window boasting hill top views of ancient woodland and an en suite shower room. The main bathroom is centrally located for the other bedrooms, and there is also a ground floor cloakroom for your convenience.
Petham is within very easy reach of Canterbury, a culture-filled cathedral city with a friendly vibe and lots going on. The Pilgrims Way Cycle Trail in the Kent Downs is a highlight for those with bikes and the North Downs Way gives plenty of choice for avid hikers. Whitstable and Folkstone are around 30 minutes drive, and Margate and Faversham are not much further, making this a great central location to explore East Kent, with beautiful scenery, great beaches for wild swimming, woodlands and coastal path, plus culture and the arts.
